The Steve Madden Gift Card can be purchased in euros and can only be used as full or partial payment in euros for all products sold on the following online webshops of Steve Madden: www.stevemadden.eu , www.stevemadden.nl , www.stevemadden.be, www.stevemadden.de , www.stevemadden.fr and www.stevemadden.ie.
The Steve Madden Gift Card is purchased on any of the aforementioned websites.
The Steve Madden Gift Card will be sent to the e-mail address you provide with each order. Subject to any delays due to security checks, the Steve Madden Gift Card is normally delivered within 24 hours.
The quantities and values of the Steve Madden Gift Card must be checked immediately upon receipt and any discrepancies must be reported within 3 days.
The risk of the Steve Madden Gift Card passes to you upon receipt.
To use your Steve Madden Gift Card on any of the websites, click on the link in the e-mail in which the Gift Card was sent to you. This link will take you to the Gift Card page, which contains the code that can be entered in the checkout as well as the pin code that needs to be entered next.
After entering your Steve Madden Gift Card in the checkout, the balance is immediately deducted from the order total. If the total amount of your order is higher than the amount on your Steve Madden Gift Card, you can pay the balance by credit card, debit card, Paypal, Sofort, Klarna, Shop Pay, Google Pay or additional Steve Madden Gift Card. The remaining balance on a Steve Madden Gift Card after a purchase can be used for future purchases.
All Steve Madden Gift Card orders are subject to security checks, your order may be delayed if additional security and fraud checks are required.
Refunds for orders paid for with a Steve Madden Gift Card will be made on the Gift Card. If you return an order purchased with multiple Steve Madden Gift Cards, the total value in euro will be refunded on the most recently purchased Gift Card. If you are returning a product purchased with multiple payment methods, the refund will be made first on the Steve Madden Gift Card and then to the other payment method used.
You can check the balance of the Steve Madden Gift Card by clicking on the link in the e-mail in which the Gift Card was sent to you. This link will take you to the Gift Card page, which shows the (remaining) balance of the Steve Madden Gift Card. A Steve Madden Gift Card does not expire.
A Steve Madden Gift Card is non-refundable, cannot be increased in value, may not be resold or transferred for value, cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Steve Madden reserves the right not to accept a Steve Madden Gift Card and to restrict or prohibit the use of a Steve Madden Gift Card and the associated balance if it reasonably believes that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful, is the result of a card being wrongly issued, has an incorrect name on it or is the result of a breach of these terms and conditions. Steve Madden does not accept or acknowledge the validity of any Steve Madden Gift Card purchased from third party vendors and does not guarantee the legitimacy of such cards as such cards may be fraudulent and may have been purchased from Steve Madden using stolen credit cards or credit card details.
If Steve Madden discovers that a Steve Madden Gift Card originates or is derived from fraud or other unlawful means or in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, it may, at its sole discretion, cancel, suspend, reject or hold the Steve Madden Gift Card or orders paid for thereunder and retain the card balance without notice or liability to you. The retained balance may be used to offset liability to card/payment companies and issuers of lost or stolen credit cards and debit cards used to purchase a Steve Madden Gift Card. Steve Madden will not be liable to you for third party fraud or unlawful activity in connection with a balance on your Steve Madden Gift Card.
Steve Madden reserves the right to terminate Steve Madden Gift Cards at any time without cause, in which case a shop credit will be issued equal to the balance on the cancelled card.
These terms of use form part of an agreement between you and Steve Madden relating to your purchase and use of a Steve Madden Gift Card. If any of these terms are deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed separable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.
Steve Madden reserves the right to amend these terms of use from time to time, without notice and at its sole discretion.
